Can't believe I'm 40--how did that happen? Have a life I'm very proud of--Mommy to Noah and can't believe he'll be 5 in June (2011); wife to Patrick (together 16 years this May 2011), a great husband & father; and have the amazing fortune to be able to look back on all my mistakes and see how I've grown and learned from them. I may not always succeed, but I get back up! I love to write in this blog, but don't get the chance to do it as often as I'd like. I hope people enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy typing up the random things that pop into my head!

I'm thinking that there needs to be some "problem adult" toys, too...like the "Underpaid, Underappreciated, Overqualified Office Worker" that comes complete with condescending boss, chair with shackles, and a magic 8-ball to answer the stupid questions that various people ask...I'd say it needs a gun, too, but I'm not sure if that's because the worker is going to go on a rampage, or put themselves out of their misery....
