Can't believe I'm 40--how did that happen? Have a life I'm very proud of--Mommy to Noah and can't believe he'll be 5 in June (2011); wife to Patrick (together 16 years this May 2011), a great husband & father; and have the amazing fortune to be able to look back on all my mistakes and see how I've grown and learned from them. I may not always succeed, but I get back up! I love to write in this blog, but don't get the chance to do it as often as I'd like. I hope people enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy typing up the random things that pop into my head!

Patrick needs to post the pictures we've taken most recently of our little birdies...there are 3 of them for sure, and how they're fitting in the nest, I have no idea. They actually look like birds now, with feathers & eyes & everything. They're going to fly any day now....it's nice that we were able to watch them grow up & leave the nest this year (as opposed to last year when one was eaten by a snake & the others starved & were overtaken by mites. That wasn't so fun.).
